What the website collects

The website has no forms, no advertising or analytics trackers and no advertising cookies. Fonts, pictures and video load from our own hosting. The availability calendar only receives the list of booked days from our server; it sends none of your data.

As with any website, our hosting provider technically logs the IP address, browser type and time of each request. These logs protect against attacks and outages, and we do not use them to find out who you are.

What you tell us yourself

Bookings happen in a WhatsApp or Telegram chat. In it you tell us:

• your name and phone number or messenger account;
• the rental dates and the delivery and return address;
• when the rental is arranged, photos of your passport and driving licence;
• details of the prepayment, payment and deposit refund.

Why we need this data

• to answer your question, check availability and work out the price;
• to arrange the rental and hand over the car;
• to return the deposit and give returning guests their discount;
• to help after an accident, with an insurance claim or a fine during the rental.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. It is only passed to the insurance company in the event of a claim, and to the police or other Thai authorities when the law requires it. Our chats run on WhatsApp and Telegram, which store them under their own rules.

How long we keep it

For as long as the rental lasts, and afterwards for as long as needed for payments, rental claims and the requirements of Thai law. After that, we delete the copies of your documents.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we will reply within three working days. We process data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Changes

If these rules change, we will update this page and the version date at the top.
